Simple Gift shipping is available, just leave me note in the ‘Notes to Seller Box’ at checkout with the gift recipient’s information and any personal message if you would like me to include on Free Card. And I would be happy to ship your order directly to them!

You loved above item and you would like to have this in different color or size. Yes, I can make you another wonderfully handmade holder with different color or fabric with no extra cost. I love to do custom items according to your wishes. Just contact us.

Shipping – Domestic/India Orders
1. Standard Shipping (Registered Mail Shipping – RMS by Indian Post)
Registered Mail Shipping is the slower but economical mode of shipping.
- End to end tracking may not be visible.
- Please contact your local post office in case you have not received your order within the time frame.
- Sparkle Kavi will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once I hand it to the post office.
We advise as per our past experiences to take “Priority Class/Speed Post” Shipping it is a 100% secure, best, easy and fast.
2. Priority Class/Speed Post Shipping
If you need something safely deliver and sooner, please consider purchasing our upgrade to courier post (Speed Post/DHL/FedEx). Speed Post comes with end-to-end tracking details and generally takes 4-7 business days for delivery.
3. How long does shipping take?
– For domestic orders it takes 5-12 days but may vary due to current situation and carrier.
*If you need something sooner, please consider purchasing our upgrade to courier post.
– Priority/Speed Post/DHL/FedEx with End-To-End Tracking
4-7 Working Days.
If you order many items, and shipping adds up to enough, I will automatically upgrade shipping to Priority/EMS.
Shipping – International Orders
1. Customs and Import Fees for International Orders
If you’re purchasing from outside of Sparkle Kavi’s shop country location, your item may be subject to Import Taxes and Fees upon delivery. Please research specific import regulations for your home country if you’re concerned about this added expense.
2. International Confirmed/Priority Class/EMS Speed Post Shipping
If you need something safely deliver and sooner, please consider purchasing our upgrade to courier post (EMS Speed Post/DHL/FedEx). EMS Speed post comes with end-to-end tracking details and generally takes 4-7 business days for delivery.
However, please also consider Custom Checking and Clearance, transit time and weather condition in each country.
3. Standard Shipping (Registered Mail Shipping – RMS)
Registered Mail Shipping is the slower but economical mode of shipping.
- End to end tracking may not be visible for several countries like USA, Australia, etc.
- Hence the tracking will only visible when the mail is in INDIA.
- Once the tracking status is “Return from Custom” and “Insert item into bag (OTB)” it means, your package is already being exported.
- Please contact your local post office in case you have not received your order within the time frame.
- This is free shipping. Sparkle Kavi will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once I hand it to the post office.
