Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please cancel it within 3 hours of purchase or send us an email to sparklekavicraft@gmail.com. If order is shipped for delivery we won’t be able to cancel a order. If the order cancellation is accepted by us and in case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order.
